Grassroots is an immersive initiation into the depths of your inner world— where we gently and intentionally begin to unearth the mother root; the place within you that shapes how you nourish, support, and hold yourself.
The mother root is the origin point. It is where your sense of safety, belonging, and self-trust was first formed—or fractured. It is where patterns of people-pleasing, avoidance, over giving, or self-abandonment can take root.
To meet yourself here is to meet the parts of you that learned to survive…and we have created a cocoon to lovingly begin the process of remembering how to find your way back to truth within.

Transformation isn’t expected or forced, it’s given space to emerge. As we unearth, something begins to shift.

And in that tending, something shifts. You remember your voice. Your power. Your capacity to choose differently.
You will be held and witnessed by women doing the same— each one releasing what no longer belongs, each one rising in deeper integrity with who she is becoming.
And when you leave, you won’t just feel inspired— you will feel changed.

This is an immersive initiation. You will be invited into spaces of:

~ Rest, stillness, and intentional connection

Community Circles: Share stories, wisdom, and laughter with like-minded women.
Deep Rejuvenation
Sink into deep restoration: A restorative Nordic spa experience—heat, cold, and stillness. Sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and nourishing face mask rituals to soothe the body, calm the nervous system, and invite deep renewal.
Creative Expression
Art and Music: Awaken your creativity with hands-on workshops, collaborative art, and sound healing.
