CHANTELLE AITCHISON
Chantelle Aitchison is a mother of three, mentor, author, and co-host of Grassroots. She is devoted to walking alongside women through life’s profound initiations—the seasons of motherhood, grief, loss, identity, and the changes that change everything. Her work is rooted in the understanding that our healing reaches far beyond ourselves, reshaping the way we love, mother, relate, and what we carry forward into the generations that follow.
A generational cycle, Chantelle’s work weaves emotional healing, ancestral awareness, embodied experience, and soul remembrance. She helps women gently uncover the roots of who they learned to be, illuminating the inherited patterns, roles, and stories that have shaped their lives so they can soften out of survival and return to presence, self-trust, freedom, and their own inner knowing.
At the heart of her work are the questions that have followed Chantelle throughout her own life: Who am I beneath everything I was taught to be? Why am I here? What is my purpose? She believes the seasons that unravel us can also become the ones that return us most deeply to ourselves—inviting us to shed what no longer belongs, reclaim what has always been ours, and consciously choose who we are becoming and what we want to carry forward.
Deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, Chantelle finds grounding in tending the earth and growing flowers, rooting healing back into the body and the land. Through women’s gatherings, retreats, intuitive guidance, and sacred spaces for connection, she serves as a mirror—creating places where women can slow down, listen inward, be witnessed and nourished, and ultimately remember the wisdom, power, and purpose already within them.

RICHEL BROUSSEAU
Richel Brousseau is a medicine woman, keeper of the HallowBone Collective and co-host of Grassroots. She walks the sacred path of the healer; called to be of service through trauma release facilitation, hands-on intuitive bodywork, and mentorship. Ceremony and shamanic practice is at the roots of all her work.
Her approach honours the whole person, tending to the mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of healing. Richel believes that each of us holds deep medicine within, waiting to be remembered.
Through this remembrance, we become leaders of our own lives—dreaming, shaping, and birthing the world we wish to see through our daily actions and choices. These ripples, both great and small, form the foundation from which future generations will lead.
She believes true healing asks us to hold and befriend our shadow as devotedly as we reclaim our power and our light.
As a passionate guide and community leader, Richel creates spaces where vulnerability and authenticity become the soil from which a new world can emerge.

CHELSEA HOLMAN
Chelsea is an intuitive and mentor. A life-long student and teacher in living life from the soul. She works with those on the path of remembrance - to the heart, to presence, and to experience what is possible.
As we move through a time of immense transition, many are discovering what matters most in life and returning to the “home” within and around us. Through her own journey, much of her evolution was explored through intuitive movement and dance.
“Throughout my life, dance has been the greatest healer and amplifier, even as a young girl movement was my medicine. As an adult, it has been an integral part of reconnecting to my heart, spirit, inner power and ancestry. I do believe dance has the power to change lives… and a reminder of the power we each hold within”.
Chelsea believes true liberation starts from the inside, and from there… extends to all other areas of our lives and the greater whole. Chelsea offers intuitive sessions, mentorship and shares her insights on YouTube and the Amara Ritual Podcast. -
LAUREN ROSINSKI
Lauren is the creatrix and teacher behind Wyrd Willow, where basket weaving, broomcraft, and everyday magick come together. As a lifelong maker and eager learner, her roots in Fashion Design and Garment Construction shaped her deep appreciation for form, texture, and the beauty of working with her hands.
She found a deep connection in working with willow, drawn to its natural beauty and meditative rhythm. Weaving and broomcraft became a pathway to a slower, more grounded creative practice, one that invites presence, connection, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.
Through her handcrafted creations, workshops, and seasonal gatherings, Lauren encourages others to slow down, connect with natural materials, and discover the simple joy woven into the creative process. -
